Our Partnership
Each year, we’re proud to grow and elevate the sport of lacrosse throughout Williamson County. We’re even more fortunate to coach the most respectful, well-mannered, and coachable athletes we could ever ask for—and we know that’s no accident. A heartfelt thank you to our incredible parents for everything you do, both on and off the field, to support your players and this program. Your commitment makes all the difference.

Philosophy & Style of Play
At Woodland Middle School Girls Lacrosse, we believe the fastest way to love the game is to play fast, play smart, and play together. Our philosophy is built on relentless effort, positive energy, and inclusive growth—every player touches the ball, every voice is heard, and every practice ends with more confidence than it started. We teach an up-tempo, team-first style that emphasizes quick transitions, disciplined ground-ball hunger, creative dodging, and unselfish teamwork, preparing our athletes not just for high school success, but for a lifelong passion for the fastest game on two feet.
From Middle School to Ravenwood HS
Woodland Girls Lacrosse serves as a feeder program for Ravenwood High School Girls Lacrosse. We strengthen this partnership through the dedicated involvement of current and former players, parents, and coaches who generously volunteer their time to drive the program’s success.

Winter Conditioning 2025/26
Winter conditioning with Angie goes far beyond getting ready for spring lacrosse. Through tough workouts, sharp stick-work sessions, and her constant encouragement, our Woodland girls build unbreakable physical strength, laser-focused mental toughness, and the quiet confidence that comes from pushing past limits. These are the same tools that help them tackle tests, stand up to pressure, and chase big dreams long after the final whistle—preparing them not just for the field, but for life.
Spring Season 2026
Our Spring Season is the heart of Woodland Girls Lacrosse—fast-paced games, electric team energy, and the pure joy of competing together under the lights. From the first practice in February, to championship weekend in May, every practice and matchup builds skills, friendships, and memories that last a lifetime. Join us and live the fastest game on two feet!
