our training

The primary goal of Woodland Lacrosse is to build self-confidence, to be part of a team and to provide the skills necessary to play competitively at the High School level.  The importance of hard work, commitment, and teamwork both on and off the field at this level shows great gains.  Fall Ball, Winter Conditioning, Skills and Drills and a competitive season are what we provide, the rest is up to you.
