Woodland Girls Lacrosse is a feeder program into Ravenwood High School Girls Lacrosse. We build on that relationship with current and past players, parents and coaches who give their time back to contribute to the success of Woodland Girls Lacrosse.

The primary goal of Woodland Lacrosse is to build self-confidence, to be part of a team and to provide the skills necessary to play competitively at the High School level. The importance of hard work, commitment, and teamwork both on and off the field at this level shows great gains. Fall Ball, Winter Conditioning, Skills and Drills and a competitive season are what we provide, the rest is up to you.

The basics on how to cradle. We do not give a badge for cradling as this is the most fundamental aspect of lacrosse.
STANCE BADGE (Level 1)
Every great player will tell you the importance of a confident stance. The level 1 Stance badge is designed to build confidence.
PASSING BADGE (Level 1)
Pass, Catch, Throw, now you are on the road to playing lacrosse. Try to achieve Gold status by using both hands for this badge.
