Aug 15 - Sept 28 Tuesday's & Thursdays from 5:30-7pm at the at the woodland practice field under the new lights. Fast paced drills and mini games for beginners and experienced players. This is 14 sessions for $150/player and staff will consist of Woodland Coaches and Ravenwood High School Mentors.
We take the field starting February 20th. Practice is Monday-Thursday from 3:30 - 5:00pm on the Woodland Practice Field behind Woodland Middle School.

A great opportunity to learn or improve your skills in the fastest growing sport in America. Come kick off the 2023/24 season with Woodland coaches and Mentors from Ravenwood High School. Our goal is to bring a fun, supportive and professional atmosphere to every practice. Practice will be under the new lights at the Woodland Middle School practice field.
Woodland Girls Lacrosse is a feeder program into Ravenwood High School Girls Lacrosse. We build on that relationship with current and past players, parents and coaches who give their time back to contribute to the success of Woodland Girls Lacrosse.

The primary goal of Woodland Lacrosse is to build self-confidence, to be part of a team and to provide the skills necessary to play competitively at the High School level. The importance of hard work, commitment, and teamwork both on and off the field at this level shows great gains. Fall Ball, Winter Conditioning, Skills and Drills and a competitive season are what we provide, the rest is up to you.

The basics on how to cradle. We do not give a badge for cradling as this is the most fundamental aspect of lacrosse.
STANCE BADGE (Level 1)
Every great player will tell you the importance of a confident stance. The level 1 Stance badge is designed to build confidence.
PASSING BADGE (Level 1)
Pass, Catch, Throw, now you are on the road to playing lacrosse. Try to achieve Gold status by using both hands for this badge.
